Dunsyre Blue
Made by
Humprey Errington using the rich unpasteurised milk of Ayrshire cattle. The
smooth, creamy-coloured interior is penetrated by chunky streaks of blue-green
mould that impart a spicy flavour
From
the Connage Highland Dairy made from organic skimmed milk. It is said that
Crowdie has been introduced into
Smoked Dunlop
Dunlop
is an unpasteurised Scottish hard cheese traditionally cloth bound and matured
for 5-7 months and then smoked over wood shavings to create a nutty creamy
taste
This
smooth pasteurised delicately flavoured brie is delicious and with no added
cream. As it ripens the chalky centre becomes silky and it is at its best when
the texture inside has become soft and luscious. Gold 2008 Royal Highland Show,
