Dunsyre Blue

Made by Humprey Errington using the rich unpasteurised milk of Ayrshire cattle. The smooth, creamy-coloured interior is penetrated by chunky streaks of blue-green mould that impart a spicy flavour

 Crowdie

From the Connage Highland Dairy made from organic skimmed milk. It is said that Crowdie has been introduced into Scotland by the Vikings in the eighth century. It is called Gruth in Gaelic. The texture is creamy, yet crumbly and it has a slightly sour taste. Best Scottish Cheese 2008 at the British Cheese Awards

Smoked Dunlop

Dunlop is an unpasteurised Scottish hard cheese traditionally cloth bound and matured for 5-7 months and then smoked over wood shavings to create a nutty creamy taste

Connage Clava

This smooth pasteurised delicately flavoured brie is delicious and with no added cream. As it ripens the chalky centre becomes silky and it is at its best when the texture inside has become soft and luscious.
