Edinburgh is the Festival City. It starts with Edinburgh’s Hogmanay at the beginning of the year and builds to the crescendo of August festivals and the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. The festival year includes international events for science, film, books, jazz and the key Edinburgh Fringe and Edinburgh International Festival.
